Include in your Email:
Current Address and Phone Number
Address you will be at while in the Philippines and Phone Number there for contact
Your Name and the Name of the 3 individuals which will be accompaning you.
(3 others can tour with you free, any more than that you pay 125 Peso's a person)

Expected Date of Arrival
Expected Date of Departure
And preferred Dates to get the Studio Tour

You may be able to find dates on the ABS-CBN site, but I have found it hard to get an updated schedule of availability. Realize the WoWoWee show may be booked 3 months in advanced from Spring-Summer.
So the earlier you start the process, the better chances you will have.
